Layla Azmi Goushey is an Assistant Professor of English at St. Louis Community College – Forest Park in St. Louis, MO where she is also the Coordinator for the campus's Center for Teaching and Learning. Professor Goushey holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing and a graduate level Certificate in the Teaching of Writing from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. She is near completion of her doctorate in Adult Education: Teaching and Learning processes at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
